Generally our process is as follows and no matter
what the project is and how large or small we follow the same steps to
ensuring your satisfaction:
- Consulting: We will meet with you to discuss your goals and
message. You will be introduced to your Strategy Team, who will assist
you in ensuring your goals are effectively translated into the
appropriate solutions and achieving the business results.
- Layout: After out initial meetings to discuss the conceptual ideas
of your project our designers and or programmers will collaborate to
create detailed design layouts. We will typically provide 3 variations
on a predetermined them based on our feedback from you. Your input will
ensure that the design layout documents exactly what you envisioned.
- Development: After you have approved the Design Layout, our
designers will begin to produce your communication piece per the
specifications detailed you signed off. This ensures maximum efficiency
and accuracy.
- On-Going Project Information: As a client you will have one point
of contact, the Project Manager, this person will be the hub of the
team ensuring communication and coordination within the team and with
you. The Project Manager will provide you will the level of detail you
require to understand the various stages of work on the project.
